Vincent A. Albanese
Mr. Albanese is a graduate of the Duke University School of Engineering, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering; St. John’s University School of Law; and New York University School of Law, where he earned a post-graduate LL.M. degree in taxation. He was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1992, the New York Bar in 1993 and to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Mr. Albanese concentrates in real estate, corporate, commercial and trusts and estates matters. He is experienced in a broad range of transactions including sales and acquisitions of multi-family and commercial properties, office and retail leasing transactions for landlords and tenants, and real estate financing transactions, including residential and commercial construction loans and mortgage loans, for lenders and borrowers; formation of business organizations, preparation of shareholder agreements, limited partnership agreements and limited liability company operating agreements; and individual estate and business succession planning, including the preparation of wills, trust agreements and buy-sell agreements. He is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations.
